 how can I limit the list of "Filed Against" according to the group they belong to? 
example: 
Fabio (Team A) 
Carlo (Team B) 

If Fabio creates a Work Item List "filde Against" has to display only the categories associated with the Team A

Fabio,

as project administrator go to the web client --> manage this project area. Go to the "Categories" link and check the "restrict visibility" checkbox for all categories. Save project area.
Then the teams should only see the categories associated with them in the "Filed Against" drop list.
