Unable to connect and load JDBC driver for BIRT report in RTC

Unable to connect load JDBC driver for BIRT report in RTC with following error:

 The following items have errors:

 Table (id = 9):

+ An exception occurred during processing. Please see the following message for details:
Cannot open the connection for the driver: org.eclipse.birt.report.data.oda.jdbc.
    org.eclipse.birt.report.data.oda.jdbc.JDBCException: Cannot load JDBC Driver class: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerDriver.

 Environment:

 CLM 6.0.3

JRE 1.7

JDBC Driver : SQLJDBC 6.0 (sqljdbc41)
