There's no option to add System Testing Task or User Acceptatnce Task Type and link with Parent ID in RTC. In ClearQuest tool we have option to add associated Records and tag them to SIT or UAT Task. Please advise
If you want to mimic the use case in RTC, you need to two new work item types called "System Testing Task" and "User Acceptance Task" in RTC. Work item type is a concept similar to record type in ClearQuest.
