how create ontologie from Design manager

Hello,
   I want to create an ontologie from design manager.
To do it, I have followed this link, http://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SS6RBX_11.4.3/com.ibm.xtools.rmpw.dtk.doc/topics/t_dtk_dom_ontcrt.html?lang=en

Unfortunately, I don't see the menu "create ontologie", Could you tell me if I miss something in the configuration/permission on Design manager ?
For information I use Design manager for Rational System architect.

We have found the origin of my issue.
The solution is to set the user in administrator of the project.
