Importing Simulink models into Design Management Project Area
Hi,
I created a project in DM defined by import definitions, to test it for control version of Simulink models.
As I try to import the zipped folder with the models, the import operation is scheduled, and some time after, appears as "dropped".
I saw in this video <https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-HKZVW-iBNI> that is a Rational Rhapsody Import for DM.
I have two questions on this:
a. If is the same package for both DM and Rhapsody client:
- I have two versions of Rhapsody, 8.1.1 and 8.1.4. When I open the Installation Manager, the packages for Rhapsody client (Design Manager client extension, Simulink manual importer and Importing device for Design Management) appear as installed. Since I installed the later version of Rhapsody after the installation of the packages, should I remove and install the packages again, to make the Rational Rhapsody Import available in DM?
b. It there a specific package for DM, which is different from that for Rhapsody, where can I find it?
Thanks in advance,
Portolon
