Doors Requirement in second language

 Our doors is Doors NG 5.0.2. We wrote our requirements in english by using 3 artifact types. (Req, heading, Info) How can we insert same artifacts with another language. Like below columns;

ID--- English Artifact ---- Other language translation

Can we add second "Contents" column?

You can certainly add another attribute containing a different language version of the requirement. Currently, only the main content can use rich text (AFAIK), so you would not be able to format the second language, nor use tables, drawings, etc.

Isn't there any possibility to add tables and drawings to second column? Because it will be needed. Or do you have any other suggestion to add second language?
