Doors Next Generation Importing Documents

I have a client that will bring in Updated versions of the Vision Document over a period of time.
1.  The first vision document will be imported and then updates to that document will be sent to us to import.
We need to be able to compare the changes from the initial vision document to the next version and possibly a third version.
Does anyone have a proposed solution for tracking the changes between versions of artifacts that are to be imported?

With the Configuration Management of RDNG 6.0, you "may" be able to compare the artifacts. If it's specific to Visio, I suggest you keep the original Visio documents and compare them with whatever tools that you can get hold of.

It is hard enough to compare two Visio files to begin with. Also note that any diagrams will be converted into images when importing into RDNG where you cannot compare at all (well, you can, visually).

By vision document, do you mean a document that defines the high-level scope and purpose of a program, product, or project? Do you mean a document that has a clear statement of the problem, proposed solution, and the high-level features of a product helps establish expectations and reduce risks?

What format is the vision document in?
If the vision document is in Word format, then you can import it as a module.
With DOORS Next Generation 6's configuration management capability, you are able to compare different versions of an imported vision documents that are in module format.
