Which process template can be used for V Process project as we have to implement V process model in RQM for one of our client.

RQM does not support a process template for the V-model software development process.  However, you could use on the OOTB process templates or create your own process template (see https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/topic/com.ibm.rational.test.qm.doc/topics/t_create_process_template_test.html).
