Add Widget option is not available for Project/Team Dashboards

I am facing an issue in CLM (CCM, RM, QM). Add Widget option is not available for Project/Team Dashboards however i can add widgets in personal dashboards and mini dashboards....

Is there any permission that is required for this action??

I am currently the Administrator and Product owner of the projects

please suggest

Yes there is a Project and Team level permission associated with modifying and creating dashboards. Here is a screenshot from the RTC Eclipse client project area editor under Project Configurations->Permissions

But these permissions are not available in Web UI...
What if I want to grant these permissions in RM and QM projects??
