RTC 6.0.1 Source control Create workitem while add new file

 Is there anyway to make a new work item in the web client instead to select an existing when you attach new file to source control?

I would open a defect on jazz.net.  I suspect it will be changed to an enhancement request, but at least it will be on developments radar.
