Getting error as soon as i open rtc.

when you say "open RTC" do you then mean your RTC eclipse client ?
In that case I would think the problem is caused by the client trying to display a workspace or stream (that was previously opened in this workspace) that have been deleted, possibly from another client or user Try to open your client in a new eclipse workspace and the problem should be gone.

whether it has other plugin installed on the same Eclipse base?
Did you receive this error suddenly(worked before)? if that is the case, any change to Eclipse client(such as upgrade etc)?
