How to move WI from RTC 2.0 from Machine to RTC 3.0 from M

Hi All

I would like to know if it is possible to move the work items(ONLY) from RTC 2.0 from one server to a freshly installed RTC 3.0 on a different machine.

If yes how can we achieve this

Please note: They only have WI in RTC 2.0
