When Reviewing Artifacts can "non-Reviewers" see the review comments? - RRC

a) Using the review and approve process in within RRC. This allows you to have the ‘formal’ review on a version of the requirements, but are the comments then closed to just the reviewer/approver and the person who created the review, thus removing the discussion element? (for the rest of the team)

Comments would be open to ALL users that have read access to the project area and its artifacts. The comments would not be limited to just the review participants.
