How can we for create Work Item in RTC by reading Email?? Anyone can let me know the steps for it??
I have searched Email Importer, Email Reader but didn't get any detailed information to use it. I want to create Work item in RTC project by importing Email.

there is no built in function to do this. an External vendor provides this solution, so IBM probably will never do it.
