I have a Attribute Called "Assign To" As "Contributor" Type in RTC Work Item Configuration.

I want to make "Assign To" Field should have first contributor name as default

Not sure what a first contributor is, however you can use the defaut value attribute customization for simple cases. See the Process Enactment Workshop for the Rational solution for Collaborative Lifecycle Management Lab 4 and 5.
