Seems that RTC process template cannot be imported/exported between different versions. What is the best way to get a new version of it now?

For Example, when you attempt to import a process template from v5.0 to v5.0.2, you get the following error:
"Error importing template: Version mismatch. The selected template was exported from an older server version and cannot be imported. Moving an old template to a new version requires importing the template into an old server, migrating the database to the new version, and then exporting the template again.".

If you don't want to upgrade the v5.0 system and just want to import the process template to another v5.0.2 system, here is one of workaournds:

1. Download RTC 5.0 (Jazz Team Server and CCM Application) from Jazz.Net.

2. Install RTC 5.0 tomcat/derby by using express setup.

3. Startup the RTC 5.0 server.

4. Import the process template.

5. Upgrade to RTC 5.0.2.

6. Export the process template.

Now you can import the process template to your 5.0.2 system.
