Uploading artifacts RRC with links RTC

I want to import Requirements into RRC that have links to Work items in RTC.
I have tried to add a column in the CSV file with the link name, but the link just doesn't get uploaded.

Thanks in advance for your help.

  Actually this is a restriction when you are importing artifacts using CSV. 

Restrictions:
  • You cannot use a CSV file to import links to and from other artifacts.
  • You can import only text-based artifacts from a CSV file. You cannot import graphical artifacts, such as sketches, storyboards, and diagrams.
