Problem accessing to Collaborative ALM

Hi, reading what's new in RQM 2.0 at
https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-quality-manager/releases/2.0?p=news#calm
there is a point about Collaborative ALM with a link to:
https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-quality-manager/releases/projects/collaborative-alm
but it always fails with Access Denied. I am logged in to Jazz.net
already. Any idea?
