[closed] Configuring build integrations with RTC

Hi,

A customer requests RQM project be integrated with their RTC builds. In turn that wants a user and the password. We're 100% ldap shop with forced 90 day password expirations. We do have a "service ID" but still same password constraints.

Would alternate realm work in this case (e.g. memory realm) ?

Aside

This RQM is periodically logging this:

12:08:47,244 WARN com.ibm.rqm.defects - Couldn't retrieve latest states from remote url - https://a.server.ibm.com:9443/jazz, please check your server or network configuration.
The detail exception is
CRJAZ0124I Invalid username or password.
