RQM: Issue when "Enable team areas and support for multiple timelines"

In Rational Quality Manager (4.0.X, 5.0.2RC1), once the Project Area has the option "Enable team areas and support for multiple timelines" selected, any user nevermind its role in the project area, is able to see in the Menu the options to Create RQM artifacts (Test Plans, Test Cases, whatever).
Before selecting this option, it works perfectly, I mean if an user has a role with no permissions to do anything (i.e. Test Team Contributor), he will only find in the Menu the Browse RQM artifacts, nothing related to "Create"...
But once the RQM administrator of the project area enables the option "Enable team areas and support for multiple timelines", the user with the restricted role is able to see every option.
What else do we have to do in terms of configuration to fix this issue?
