Can Rational Tool upgrades be installed in silent mode

Joshua Widmer (5611) | asked Nov 03 '15, 2:40 p.m.
My team supports RAM,RTC and DOORS to name a few.  I am trying to automate the deployment of upgrades to these applications using UCD.  I did find articles explaining how to install RAM in Silent mode.  I wanted to know if you can use silent mode with a response.xml file to install the updates as well

For products that are installed using IBM Installation Manager, you can do silent installs with response files. Since the Jazz tools require a side by side install for upgrades, you can use that for the install. You will still have to perform some manual steps during the upgrade.
