Using Cognos BI Server with no additional fees

 Hello all,
One of my customer used to use RRDI in version 4.x than 5.0.2.
I would like to know if we can use COGNOS BI Server with no additional fees like DB2 or Websphere with version 6.0.x of Jazz and when we are under S&S since version 4.x.

Thank you for your answer

Hello Sany,

it's possible to get IBM Cognos Business Intelligence without additional charges for usage with CLM in order to replace RRDI in version 6.

The procedure however is different from WAS or DB2, please open a PMR and submit your request there.

For more details see:

Sany,

Please be aware that we have replaced the RRDI package with the new Jazz Reporting Service 6.0. JRS now comes out of the box with the CLM 6.0 release. For the longer term you need to be working with your customer to begin to adopt JRS as opposed to holding on to RRDI for the best results.
