Unable to save the consumer key and secret into the application's database

On Configuration Management Application finalization step, I am getting error:

Unable to save the consumer key and secret into the application's database.
ID CRJAZ1850E
Error 404:

I also tried uninstalling and installing DM, VVC and RSADM applications in WAS but no luck.
CLM version is 4.0.6.

Urgent help is needed.

we have the same problem.
CLM version is 5.0.2 . We have one server with IHS Reverse Proxy, all the other apps ( jts, ccm, rm, qm, vvc, dm are deployed on another server. Maybe this has an influence too.
