 Hi

How do you setup email notifications for RQM? For e.g., if a test lead assigns a test case execution record to a tester to start execution, can they get an email?

Hello Leesen,

Unfortunately there is no way to receive a notification when a test case execution has been assigned to a user. There is an existing work item to have this implemented, I have included the link to the plan item below:

Thanks for the quick response. So does RQM not have any email notifications available apart from joining a project area?

That is correct, unfortunately, the emails are sent only when a user has been added to the project area.

Hi Leesen,

Another location where the email notifications are sent are during the review process of a test artifact. When a user is assigned as a reviewer or an approver, a email is sent to the user.
