How to create a module baseline in DNG 6.0?

In v5.0, baselines for the modules (artifacts) could be created using "Module Baselines" feature. However, with DNG 6.0 there seems to be no direct way of creating module baselines. Do we need to enable the CM capability to baseline the modules? Is there any other way to baseline a module?
