Easy way to refresh the release list on a WI.

Currently if I
 
A.     Open a WI in RTC eclipse the Release list gets populated.
B.     Then I created a new Release.

The newly created release is not listed in the Release list even after the refresh button on WI is clicked multiple times.

Only way it works now is closing the WI & reopening it.

Is there a better way to get this list refreshed without reloading the work item.?
