Unable to create a jazz.net sandbox

Hi,

I am having difficulties creating a "jazz.net sandbox" I am a new user and have activated and completed my profile.

jazz name "citronax" and default project name "citronax's Project", when I click [Create My Project] the page displays a "wait one moment message" then returns to the project creation page.

Any help in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Hi Doug,

Sandboxes and full-text search will be unavailable between 8pm and 11:59pm ET Tuesday September 29 for site maintenance

I did see that the Sandboxes were unavailable yesterday, I am no better off today so I still require some assistance in getting my sandbox created.
