[closed] Is there a way to restrict certain keywords when adding an RTC comment in a work item OR is there a way to allow a comment to be approved before it is posted in RTC?

We have an RTC project set up that business partners are allowed access into through certain restrictions/firewall connections. We would like to be able to review the comments they post to our work items before they get posted or restrict certain keyword combinations within a comment from being posted . Is this possible in RTC?
