Can you reprocess git commits for work item linkage?

Is there a way to have RTC look through the commit messages to build linkages to work items, other than at the time the commit is happening?

JAZZ DEVELOPER
Check this out: https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RTCGitNotes4WICommitLinking

This feature is in plan for 6.0 release. A preview of it is part of 6.0 M11 (should be out shortly)

there is nothing builtin to do that.. the RTC design is to create the linkage at time of commit.

one could write a utility to do this
