 Hello, 
I would like to add more choices on pass, fail result, on Quality Manager 5.0.2 I saw that I can customize the final resolution for the entire record but I want to do it by steps and add more choices?

Currently, this functionality is not available; there is an existing RFE to track the future implementation of this
