 Hi All,

I am trying to integrate Rational DOORs 9.6 with RTC 6.0,QM 6.0,RM 6.0(Doors next generation),DM 6.0(design management).
I have successfully integrated DOORs with RTC and QM.
When I try to integrate DOORs with RM and DM i get an error message shown below:

"Validation of server details failed: this might be because:
-the Location/key/secret is incorrect
-the server does not have any consumable data  "

I am following below steps for integration:

1. Register DOORs in Consumer Inbound
2. DOORS->File->OSLC->remote services
3. Click Add server (enter server name, Location(i.e Root services for clm (ccm,qm,rm,dm),consumer key, Oauth secret).

If anyone have resolved this issue, please guide me how to resolve this issue..?

Thank you,
Kunal Nigade.

Hi Kunal

The reason why you are facing issues with only DM and RM is that you would have created added DOORS as a Consumer Inbound in their respective admin sections, say: https:// jts_server : port /dm/admin & https:// jts_server : port /rm/admin

However, for DM (and also applicable for RM), we should be registering DOORS as a Consumer Inbound directly under JTS admin page and not their respective admin pages.

More details on the steps for DM (which would be applicable for RM too) can be found in:
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSQQC5_6.0.0/com.ibm.rational.sse.install.doc/topics/t_oslc_doorsrdm.html

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Best regards
Pavan
