Problem with time tracking and time spent attribute in scrum projects

LUIZ DE ALMEIDA (23016192) | asked Sep 18 '15, 3:45 p.m.
Hi everybody,

I created a project area using scrum template and I included time tracking function in task and defect work items.
I did the configuration to synchronize time tracking with time spent attribute too.
What is happening is that when I inform hours in time tracking and save work item, the hours appears in time spent attribute, but if I refresh the work item or if I make a query, the time spent is null.
Because of this, I can't see the evolutions of my tasks in plans.

Is this a bug or I forgot some configuration?

I am using RTC v4.0.6, WAS and DB2 on linux RHEL.

I had the same issue in RTC 4.0.6 but no issue in v5.0.2. I think this is a product defect in v 4.0.6.
I also found in 4.0.6, if I changed "Time Spent" attribute from read-only to read-write, the Time Spent will be set as Time Tracking. However I can also manually modify the Time Spent.

Hi Lily, thank you for the answer.
I changed "Time Spent" to read-write and put presentation "Time Spent" read only in the editor. It worked very well.
