During installation we register the public URL of CCM and JTS applications as IP address now we want to change the URL's from IP address to FQDN, (IP address and names are not changed)

There is a warning dialog that you should not do that - use IP addresses. You have to check a check-box to document you have read the help there. The best would be to tear down everything and to do a new install and set up.

Otherwise you would have to perform a server rename which has performance implications.

Please see https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Deployment/DeploymentPlanningAndDesign to do proper planning ahead of time.

But the issue is this while accessing the JTS server with FQDN I,e. https://fqdn:9443/jts/admin and with in the server when a user with JazzAdmin privileges opens any URL from (Application Administration) which is register as IP address i.e. https://0.0.0.0:9443/ccm/admin a security dialogue box is presented for re logon.

If the same URL is accessed from FQDN it works without any security dialogue box.

Same as if the JTS is accessed with IP address and the Application URL is accessed no security dialogue box is presented.

can we re register the CCM Application with FQDN in this scenario.
