 Hello,

Maybe it's a basic question, but I have a problem activating the logs on DOORS 9.5.

I follow the instructions given in this link, but no log file is saved on {festival.home}/logs folder after DOORS is started. 

Do I have to configure other files?

I'm working with DOORS 9.5.1.0 and I start my server using the dwa.start.bat script.

 The easiest way is to swap server\festival\config\festival-log4j.xml with server\festival\config\festival-log4j.xml.support and restart DWA (all components, make sure the java.exes really are restarting).   Logs will be in server\festival\logs.

In fact, I already did it, but it does not work.
