If I accept a changeset from one workspace into another OR if I flow changes from one stream into another, do the entire history of that files and changesets get moved too?

Hi Parvin,

Yes, the changesets  which flows from RWS ( Workspace)  to Stream or stream to stream it will preserve the history.

Please refer added-by and added-date information in history for more details.

Change sets are not "moved" by a deliver or accept operation ... they are "added to the history" of the target stream or workspace.   Similarly, the version history of a file is not moved ... a particular version in a change set has references to its predecessor and successor versions, so the history of the file can be computed based upon the change set versions that are selected by a stream/workspace.
