How to change a workitem associated to a changeset?

I have WorkitemA and is associated to ChangeSetA. I want to move the ChangeSetA to WorkitemB. How to achieve this in eclipse client or on web?

On Eclipse client, you can open the history of a component under stream or workspace to show the change set, then right-click the change set and select "Related Artifacts > Remove ..." to remove the association with workitem A.

You can also right-click the change set and select "Related Artifacts > Associate Work Items" to add new association.
