How to get JazzAdmin Access?

I am the administrator of many of the RTC instances that I own but I don't have JazzProjectAdmin access, which I need to to administer my Project Areas. Who can give me this access

If you are using the built-in Tomcat user management, a user with the JazzAdmins repository role should be able to assign the JazzProjectAdmins role to you. Otherwise, you need someone who has the permission to maintain the application server (WAS or Tomcat) to do so.
