Unable to view module in RM

A module artifact should appear when "browse modules" as long as (1) its format is "Module" and (2) it has a "parent" folder.
You can see if it is a module by opening it, and check its "parent" by checking the "path" at the top of the module view.
Since it's "recently changed", you can also check the audit history and see what has been changed.

Most Probable Cause:
The module is deleted without deleting its artifacts.
Once a module is deleted, it will NOT be shown in Modules > Browse Modules.
You can delete a module without deleting its artifacts.
Test Probable Cause:
Check if the URI contains "folderId=".
If it does, then you are looking at a folder containing artifacts of the deleted module.
