 Hi All,

  Currently customer is using CLM version 6.0.6.1.
   Server - WebSphere

The issue in CLM is :
     Sometime CCM is having problem while accessing the project areas, Worktimes and other CCM related data. its showing the Loading message on Screen. its taking time of 15 to 20 mins and then after working fine.
without restart of server its working fine and its happening frequently.
 below are some list of logs which we found on the log files which are different every time  :

1. CRJAZ1992E The "com.ibm.team.enterprise.scd.BackgroundScanRequestCreatorTask" task could not be completed and is now unscheduled. Error details: "Unable to obtain license to read SCM related data: Read timed out."
2. CRJAZ1033I Failed to fetch content _1qzXA0VMEeSQRdty7jS1vA.
3. CRJAZ2676I Details about the error were written to the log file. To find this data, search the log file for this identifier: ad2be3e8-d3fc-49e4-86da-5715adcb90d1.
4. {"errorClass":"com.ibm.team.repository.common.TeamRepositoryException","errorMessage":"CRJAZ0537E The system timed out while waiting for an available RDB repository data mediator object.","errorCode":null},"errorClass":"java.lang.RuntimeException","errorMessage":"CRJAZ1596E The friend list could not be retrieved.","errorCode":500}
 these are some list of error cached from log file.

Resources (Memory and CPU )utilization is also okay as we checked on server while server in Loading.. mode)
Can someone help to identify the possible root cause of it.

Thanks in advance

 Please open a case with support immediately: https://jazz.net/help

Note that 6.0.6.1 is out of support, open a case with support regardless. Support will guide you to collect the data needed to look into the issue.

CPU and RAM are not necessarily providing the information needed. As an example if the system has exceeded the amount of parallel threads configured it will just be busy doing nothing and being blocked. It could also be network issues. No way to find this in the forum.

 We will not solve a performance issue in the forum. If you do not have extended service for 6.0.6.1 the best you can do is to upgrade to 7.0.2 and WAS Liberty Profile and then address your performance issue should it persist.
