RTC - Ranking not working as expected on a Tree plan view
RTC 5.0.2
I have Plan with a view displayed as Tree, I have seen some weird behavior when trying to work with ranking... dragging and dropping doesn't work in some cases, if it worked, it doesn't add the right ranking number. Is the "ranking" functionality supporting on a tree view? Can you please send me a link where more detail information about ranking is documented? Thank you Isabel |

It is really easy these days to get this kind of information.
Method 1: Type www.google.com into your browser. In the search filed enter your key words followed by site:jazz.net to limit the hits to that site. I.e. ranking RTC site:jazz.net. This results in: 
Method 2: Go to the library https://jazz.net/library/ and enter ranking in the search field. This results in: 
Method 3: Open the product help. You can access that from the download page for your version. This is the help under development: https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/topic/com.ibm.help.common.jazz.calm.doc/com.ibm.help.common.jazz.calm.doc_eclipse-gentopic1.html in the Search field type your keyword i.e. ranking. This results in the following:
