How do you create a HFS file in RTC 4.0.7? We have files being uploaded to PDSEs properly but not able to create a HFS file.

Are you using RTCz? If so, make it clear so that others can understand your questions more easily. I suppose you need to use Enterprise Extension in this case.

Note that there no longer is a separate product called "RTCz" (that was merged into "RTC" a while ago).
