We are using windows based client with RTC 3.x  but all our build happens on unix box manually. We plan to automate this i have a couple of questions
1. can i create a workspace for build account in unix box via command line
2. Does RTC provide command line options for performing all developer related task ( checkin, checkout , deliver etc) from unix
3.Does RTC have unix eclipse client too for performing all developer and admin task via unix gui

Which Unix OS do you need? RTC has some support for some flavors of Unix.

RTC command line does provide all the developer related tasks similar to the UI client. For more information on command line take a look at the following... http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v3r0/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.team.scm.doc%2Ftopics%2Fc_scm_cli.html
