Is there a way to archive a requirements project?

Which version of CLM are you using?
In V4, I get to the RM projects by first opening an RM project, and then from the administrator menu in the top right hand corner (a Gear icon) and then choose from the menu "Manage Project Areas" - this takes me to the project area application administration page that contains my RM projects. Thanks Robin. It's different compared to CCM and QM... http://<host>:<port>/ccm/web http://<host>:<port>/qm/web both give me the possibility to navigate to 'manage project' and then archive it. http://<host>:<port>/rm/web doesn't. Is that a config-thing? Regards, Bernd. |

From the Jazz administration web page:
Active Project Areaswhere there is a list of RRC projects, you will see one of the columns is called Actions, and one of those actions is to archive. If you want to re-use the project name on a new project you will need to rename the archived project. For more information please see this help page: |

I see the 'archive'-link for CCM and QM, but not for RM...

Hi Bernd, In V4, I looked at application administrator menu in the top right hand corner (a Gear icon) for RM (<host>/rm/web) CCM (<host>/rm/web) and QM (<host>/rm/web) and each have the menu option "Manage Project Areas". Which version are you using? I know there are still some differences between RM, CCM and QM but in V4 the UI team have tried to make the labels consistent between the applications. Many thanks Comments

Hi Robin, I'm using v4. In the top right hand corner, the options are available for CCM, QM and RM. The difference is in the body of the page. Regards, Bernd. Many thanks for the clarificaton. |
