Measure time lapsed between two states
Can I measure the time elapsed between two states? (Something which could be used for SLA measures)
When a Work Item changes its state is recorded in its history. Is there any way to recover the time when the Work Item reached a specific state for using later as calculated value (for instance, to perform the difference between two of this dates)?
Any tip about how to reach this goal?

all the reporting is in the RRDI/Insight products Time In State is a standard report as I recall.
