My colleague has roles Team Lead and RTC-power user. Recently he said that he cannot see reports and asked me to give him permissions. So I did, granted permissions to Team Lead role, but he said that it didn't help. So then I gave "Display reports" permission to RTC-power user - still nothing.

It only worked when I gave that permission to "Everyone (default)" role. Why is that? My inner feeling says that there is something wrong =) Am I missing something?
