Deleted artifacts
From what I understand, deleted artifacts cannot be restored in DNG. However, is there like a folder for 'deleted' artifacts where I can see which artifact was deleted?

I don't think such feature exists. You probably think of a "recycle bin without the restore function", or an "operation history". You can open an RFE for that if you would like to.
