Random values gets displayed upon selecting the user under filter section in RQM v4.0.5

Under RQM v4.0.5, we could see that within the filter section, whenever we select the user (active / archived), the selection field displays some random values every time.  Interestingly, even though the user is archived, we could still see the user getting listed in the filter criteria.
We attempted to delete the browser cache, create new filter in different browser..... but the issue still persists.
Does anyone encountered similar behavior on this specific release of RQM??  If yes, then appreciate some quick inputs on how to overcome this behavior.
