Inability to hide FiledAgainst for inline editor, yet other WEB ui's work as expected

I have two WorkItem types that are in their own category. I am trying to hide the "Filed Against" attribute which seems to work fine for both work item types in the UI standard web submission and modification.

Problem I have is that when a query is run, and the user uses the inline editor the "Filed Against" attribute is shown for one of these record types.

I cant seem to change it, I have tried to create the attribute as hidden type... or hide manual in all states...yet still showing up in the inline editor only
