Hi

I am working on the change management in alm.

Can we create help text while mouse hover the label of field?

Any help would be appreciated .

 You can set the value to be displayed when hovering a label by modifying the "Description" value for the presentation.

It would be greatfull if you show us the steps in eclipse client ?

 General information about customizing the work item editor via the Eclipse client can be found here:
https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/index.jsp?re=1&topic=/com.ibm.team.workitem.doc/topics/t_customize_work_item_editor.html&scope=null


You'll want to:
1. Follow step 1 from the above linked document
2. Locate the presentation where you want help text and click Edit
3. Fill in the description field and save the changes
