Is anybody using RTC with uBuild (IBM UrbanCode Build)?
We are using RTC with uBuild (IBM UrbanCode Build 5) and are running into an issue with the change detection, where uBuild decides whether a stream was changed and whether it needs to start a build.
Basically, if the very first deliver of a changeset to ANY stream is before the most recent build of the current stream, then change detection will not detect a change.
It comes into play when you have any sort of a stream structure where changes get merged or "promoted".
I would like to hear from anybody who is using RTC and uBuild and whether they have run into this or it isn't an issue or ....
We are on RTC 4, but it is a systemic issue of what date RTC reports in what scm commands.
